This directory was created in Spring 2017 as part of the Center for Knowledge Management (CKM)’s research into the social needs of a population of local community health center patients. Sponsored by the American Lung Association, the Metro Public Health Department facilitates the Freedom From Smoking program - an online class (nine sessions) to be completed over a six-week period that is designed to help people quit smoking.
