The Gordon Jewish Community Center (GJCC) offers a variety of services, programs, and activities for the local Nashville community. The JCC has an on-site fitness center and offers exercise and nutrition & wellness classes. Activities such as card playing and book clubs, and meetings/outings specifically designed for senior citizens, provides opportunities for socialization with other members. A 24-hour/ 6 day a week transportation assistance program is also offered. Financial assistance is available to aid with membership costs.

The Area Agency on Aging and Disability provides multiple services and programs for elder residents (age 60 and older) of Davidson and the surrounding 12 counties. Services include exercise acitivies at are senior centers, home-delivered meals, social programs, and transportation assistance for social and medical needs. A referral helpline is also available for assistance connecting to local agencies and helpful resources. The agency provides a program to aid with Medicare information.
