The Domestic Violence Division of the Nashville Police Department provides intervention, counseling, and advocacy services to victims of domestic abuse and family members effected by it. The Division also engages in community outreach to raise awareness about domestic violence and educate the public about resources available to victims. The Division mans a 24-hour crisis hotline.
