Open Table Nashville (OTN) is a nonprofit organization that focuses on helping people who are experiencing homelessness. The organization helps people find long-term housing and rental properties accepting Section 8 vouchers. With special services for pregnant and postpartum women, this gender-specific program also allows children to accompany their mothers. Renewal House offers affordable recovery housing for women and their children that qualify (must be 6 months in recovery, income verification). Renewal house also offers parenting and other life skills classes (e.g. GED preparation, personal finance management). Transporation is available for individuals within Davidson County.
