The Tennessee Tobacco Quitline provides both telephone and online tobacco cessation coaching, which is free for Tennessee residents. The 'quitline' is staffed by trained coaches between 7am-10pm CT Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CT Saturday, and 10am-4pm CT Sunday.
