The Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) is the state's housing finance agency which offers loan products to very low to moderate income individuals and families to help all Tennesseans achieve homeownership (with a focus on first time homebuyers). Additionally, THDA works on promoting the construction of low income housing, and the preservation and rehabilitation of existing housing.
