Morning Star provides refuge for victims of domestic violence – both women and their children. In addition to emergency shelter, Morning Star offers counseling, referrals to community resources, legal/court advocacy, and support groups. Emergency shelter is available and residents are provided with basic food, clothing, transportation, and safety needs.
