The STAR's Youth Overcoming Drug Abuse (YODA) program is a free, licensed outpatient program for adolescents aged 13-18 who are suffering from substance abuse and co-occuring mental health disorders. In addition to the intensive outpatient treatment program, YODA provides services like clinical assessment, case management, family education, drug court consultation, and more.
