The Arc of Davidson County & Greater Nashville aims to provide resources and services for individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. Family support, employment assistance, and housing services for people with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities are offered by The Arc of Davidson County & Greater Nashville.

TN Voices offers a variety of services with the aim of improving the mental health of children and young adults in Tennessee. TN Voices services include mental health treatment for families in rural areas, intensive programs for survivors of sexual abuse, and support for families of adolescents who are in the juvenile justice system.

Transition Tennessee was formed from a partnership between the Tennessee Department of Education, Tennessee Department of Human Services, Vanderbilt University, and the Vanderbilt Kennedy UCEDD, with the goal of providing resources and training to students with disabilities for life after high school. The resource includes information for students, educators, and families.

Youth Villages offer programs to address problems experienced by vulnerable youth (17-21) who are aged out of foster care or the juvenile justice system. The YVLifeSET program offers education/vocational training, interpersonal relationships development, financial management planning, housing assistance, and life skills services. Youth Village also offers in-home support development and residential treatment for children in need of mental health counseling.
