Metropolitan Government of Nashville & Davidson County has three main programs associated with their Digital Inclusion Goals. Primarily, low-income Nashvillians are eligible for the FCC's Affordable Connectivity Program to help pay for internet services and devices. Additionally, Information Technology Services of Nashville trains nonprofit staff to aid residents with digital needs, and collects data on on the current state of digital inclusion in Metro Nashville.

The Matthew Walker Comprehensive Health Center provides primary healthcare, dental care, and specialty care such as geriatric and OB/GYN services based on the individual’s ability to pay. Targeting low-income residents, the Center collaborates with Meharry Medical College to bring disease screening to communities. Translation services are offered to facilitate patient care. An onsite pharmacy provides medications for 45-50& less cost than traditional pharmacies. The center provides a social and community service manager that can assist patients and other community members with services such as: health insurance enrollment, free health and wellness programs, locating rent and utility assistance programs, finding employment, and lifeline cell phone programs.

Geared toward homeless men, women and families, the Room in the Inn offers short- and long-term assistance with shelter, food, transportation, as well as educational opportunities to prepare clients to enter the workforce and equip them with life skills. This organization also offers crisis rent and utility deposit assistance, education and referrals to address alcohol and drug dependency, counseling, telephone/internet access, social support, and services for veterans.
