Champ's Cupboard is a food resource program designed to serve as a bridge for families with nutrition access issues. Supported by Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt and community partners, the program starts with families filling out a standardized screening form during the hospital admission process. Eligible families are provided with food at the time of discharge.
