DMT Myograph |
We have DMT Danish Myo Technology myograph for analysis of vasorelaxation in the small vessels.
This method is frequently used for study of endothelium dependent relaxation (NO), prostaglandins and endothelium-derived hyperpolarizing factor (EDHF), smooth muscle relaxation and contraction, perivascular and intramural nerves function. FRIMCORE is planning to provide this analysis along with the measurements of nitric oxide and superoxide in vascular tissue using EPR and HPLC methods. Many pathological conditions such as hypertension, atherosclerosis, metabolic syndrome and diabetes are associated with vascular dysfunction. Analysis of endothelium dependent vasodilatation is an important tool for studies of disease development and identifications of new pharmacological treatments.
We offer analysis of vascular function by analysis of endothelium dependent and endothelium independent vasodilatation.
We recommend a meeting prior to scheduling vascular function analysis. To schedule a meeting or consultation please contact Dr. David Harrison or Dr. Sergey Dikalov:
