Dream Streets is a nonprofit organization started in 2013 with the goal of supporting under-resourced families in West and North Nashville. Programs provided by Dream Streets include a Mobile Food project (see website for schedule details), a single-mom support group, after school programs, a Job Readiness program, and housing support.
