Provides instruction, positive models, and opportunities for observation in order to help others develop skills; encourages questions to ensure understanding. For example:
-Explains, demonstrates or role models job skills to staff.
-Spends time on the floor observing how therapies are being given to provide feedback.
-Checks understanding when providing employees with feedback for improvement and seeks employees' ideas for handling the situation more efficiently. |
