Identifies and participates in appropriate learning activities (e.g. courses, reading, self-study, coaching, experiential learning) that help fulfill learning needs. For example: encourages staff to seek out learning opportunities. Educates staff on how to find learning and development resources. Offers opportunities to take advantage of e-learning. Keeps abreast of learning opportunities available on campus. Holds self and others to minimum continuous learning goals, proactively seeks out learning opportunities.
